Jasmine Hall, a Huntsville native, is a compassionate and dedicated Marriage and Family Therapist Associate specializing in working with children, teens, and young adults. She is a wife and mother of four children, one having a rare genetic disorder known as Syngap1. She obtained her undergrad degree in English from Tuskegee University and went on to obtain her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University. With a strong foundation in developmental psychology and family systems, Jasmine offers a warm and supportive environment where clients can explore and address challenges related to mental health, relationships, and life transitions.

Jasmine is particularly passionate about helping young people navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, peer relationships, family dynamics, and school stress. Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Bowen Therapy, and play therapy, Jasmine tailors treatment to meet each individual’s needs and goals.

Whether it’s helping a teen cope with social pressures, supporting a young adult in managing career or life transitions, or working with children to build emotional resilience, Jasmine creates a collaborative space where clients feel heard, empowered, and understood.

In addition to individual therapy, Jasmine offers family therapy to improve communication and strengthen familial bonds, recognizing the integral role family dynamics play in overall mental health and well-being.

Jasmine is committed to fostering growth, self-awareness, and emotional well-being, and works closely with clients and families to build lasting, positive change.
